The following form should be filled out and posted :

-Player Name ( You can also post your name if desired )

- What is your Primary Nation and levels

- Average hours you play each day ( and which timezone you're in ? )

- Do you have a mic and teamspeak ? ( if not, are you willing to get TS3 ? )

- Playing experience (How long and what previous servers you were on if any)

- Any previous Fleets or squads?

- Why did you decide to join us ?

- What is the primary Language you speak? and do you speak any secondary languages ?

- Do you use Manual ( Aiming ) FCS ? If not, are you willing to learn how to use it ?

- How old are you? ( If you are over 18, simply indicate )

- Will you be available for fleet events &/or training exercises ( HA & FL is on the weekends ) ?

- Who is your sponsor/s ( The player/s who invited to you to come try us out )

This is meant for squadron evaluation purposes, getting into the fleet is not determined by your level

While there is no minimum requirement, we do need to know how many hours you can put up with us and the racket we make while playing ( seriously )
we also need to get an idea of which timezone you are in so we can coordinate and set up the initial interview as close to your playing time as we can manage ( don't know your timezone ? don't worry, just tell us where you are, country, state, or city and we'll figure it out )

We can not stress the importance of team communication enough, it is faster, easier than typing. Shy about talking ? don't have a microphone ? never used teamspeak before ? Not a problem, we can help ! ( how ? well, if you don't have a mic, you can still listen and respond ingame, shy about talking or self conscious about your voice, type ingame, all these settings look daunting, don't fret we can walk you through the setup and into our server )

This is to determine your squadron placement, to better place you with matching squadmates

this is a bit of abridged NF history right here, if you have never been in one simply say so

I know, it sounds self serving... and it is, this is simply here so we can take a survey of why you decided to give us a shot, and what we can do to uphold, maintain, or change things

Common sense dictates that you should be able to type or speak some english in order to fill this our in the first place, but we do need to know if you have any additional language/s for the purpose of squad classification.

Simply put, if you don't use manual or don't know how to use manual, we need you to switch at some point ( the earlier it is, the easier it gets to pick it up, we can work with you if you wish )

Age as we know does not directly reflect "maturity", we simply need to know if you are below 18 or not

As the recruitment poster said "we need you", so we need to know if we can rely on you to show up for events ( with the exception of the meritorious squad )
